I want to to say how impressed I have been with your service, I ordered a microwave late on Tuesday and received it on Thursday.
Unfortunately it had been damaged in transit and when I reported this to you you arranged a a collection and replacement immediately. I received the replacement the very next day, Friday. The replacement is in fine working order.
Order, receipt, return and replacement all four days is incredible.
